Living Yoga is a Portland, Oregon nonprofit organization providing powerful yoga outreach to youth and adults who are incarcerated or in drug and alcohol recovery. With nearly 100 volunteers, Living Yoga is able to partner with local nonprofits and government organizations to provide nearly 20 classes a week. Classes are focused on creating community and providing students with tools to manage stress, anxiety, and positive changes in their lives.
