 My name is Liza Roberts,

I was diagnosed with PH 11/10/02 right after the birth of my youngest child.  I was already in congestive heart failure and my prognosis at the time of diagnosis was very poor. 

On 11/22/05 I was the recipient of a heart, double lung transplant.  Even though I no longer have PH I continue to fight for my life everyday. 

My goal for this fund raising event is 1) to honor those that have lost this fight, 2) promote awareness so no one else has to go through what I've had to endure these last 7 years with this dreadful disease.
