This fun, flat 5K course for all abilities starts at Lake Park, 284 Lake Ave (across from the ice rink). Registrants will recieve a gift bag, free food and the first 100 registrants will receive a free moisture-wicking t-shirt. There will also be music, food for purchase and raffle!! Mauwie Wowie Smoothies will be on-site in addition to our bbq!  Join us to raise funds for services to the youth and families of Central Massachusetts, and to raise awareness of mental health issues.

A map of the course is available for viewing at http://soc.li/ocACnsI . Please note that the course has been marked off at 5K (3.1 miles) so the 3.6 miles that the mapmyrun indicates is slightly longer than the actual course.
