Dollars in Action:

$250 pays for hosting one Educational Seminar
$500 pays for one Volunteer to meet with representatives in Washington DC about lupus concerns
$1,000 pays for 6 months of Outreach and Educational Materials
 
Research is funded out of our national office; they’ve awarded over $23 million in research grants. For 2010-2011, 6 projects totaling $485,000 were funded, including research on Lupus Nephritis at the University of Chicago and Stem Cell Research at Northwestern University.
