The Make Some Noise: Cure Kids Cancer Foundation is a 501(c)(3) established by a child with cancer with one purpose in mind: to fund pediatric cancer research.   While battling cancer last year, 11 year old Malcolm learned that thousands of children are diagnosed with cancer each year and many of them die. Funding for cures is woefully inadequate, so he decided that someone needed to make some noise about it-- thus the Make Some Noise Foundation was born. 

 SOME FACTS ABOUT KIDS CANCER: 

• Approximately 12,600 kids in the US are diagnosed with cancer each year. 
  
• A child in the US has a 1 in 320 chance of being diagnosed with cancer.
  
• Less than 3% of the cancer research funding goes to kids cancer research.
  
• 
   There is no early detection or screening for childhood cancer.  

• We lose thousands of children to cancer each year, about 50 per week.
