Funny Cide won his final race on 7/4/07 in front of a record-breaking crowd of 12,000 fans as he retired in grand style. His appearance brought attention to the Finger Lakes Thoroughbred Adoption Program (FLTAP) as all proceeds from the sale of Funny Cide merchandise were donated to FLTAP. Donating through this website is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to support my fundraising efforts. Half of what I raise here goes to FLTAP to help in the retraining and placing of our retired Thoroughbred racehorses in new homes. The other half goes to the Special Olympics which has an equestrian program for their athletes.
