Dear Family, Friends and Colleagues,
On Saturday, September 12th, a group of cyclists will be participating in the Three Notch Century bike event to raise money for SeaCare Health Services. Our daughter Anya and I are 'in training' to bicycle through the notches of the white mountains. This 100-mile bike event is a challenging ride. As a SeaCare Board Member, I am proud to support this organization by volunteering my time as well as helping our team of cyclists raise money. I hope you will join me in helping individuals in need receive access to health care services.
Why are Anya and I doing this? To support a very important orgainzation called SeaCare Health Services. I've been on the Mental Health Task force for several years organizing and supporting private practice psychotherapists in the NH seacoast who give back to the community by providing essentially probono services to those who likely would not receive services otherwise.
SeaCare has nearly 400 health care professionals that donate their time and services to care for people who do not have health insurance. Since 1992, they have donated more than $15,000,000 in a range of health care services and products to thousands of adults and children living in the Seacoast community. During a single year, over 60 million Americans move on and off private health insurance. As a result, the need for health care access continues to be great.
Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to make a contribution to our fundraising efforts. Or, if you'd rather send a check, please mail it to my attention, payable to SeaCare Health Services, 11 Downing Court, Exeter, NH 03833. Many thanks for your support -- and don't forget to forward this to anyone who you think might want to donate too!

Our best to you & Thank you.
