For more than half a century the lives of Capital Region youth have been enriched with the educational programs of Junior Achievement. Through the use of volunteer role models, their programs provide young people with a better understanding of the free enterprise system, giving them a vision for the future, a reason to learn and the motivation to continue their education.
Currently, Junior Achievement runs numerous programs reaching more than 22,000 young people from kindergarten through twelfth grade. Their programs can be found in more than 1,075 classrooms and 150 schools throughout Northeastern New York.
