Dear friends and family-

I hope this finds you well.  I have been training to run a half marathon in NYC in April.  I have decided to fundraise for APRKD ( Auto Recessive Polycystic Kidney Disease). Thank you to many of you who supported our fundraising for ARPKD in the past.    As most of you know, Meghan (4y) and Brendan (9mo.) both are affected by a genetic condition ARPKD (Auto recessive Polycystic Kidney Disease).  We are very blessed to have them doing so well and leading normal lives.  We are optimistic about the future, but recognize the challenges and obstacles that are involved with this genetic condition.  

There is only one organization solely dedicated to APRKD to ensure research is dedicated to APRKD and to hopefully one day provide targeted treatments and a cure for this genetic condition.
