Our dear friend Mike past away on Saturday March, 21st 2009 after living with lung cancer for nearly four years. Mike was a founding member of the Twin Cities Lung Run/Walk and A Breath of Hope Lung Foundation. He was passionate about spreading the word that never-smokers are affected by this disease. He traveled across the country speaking for Genentech, sharing his story. He was a dedicated  teacher for 39 years and loved his students. His passions included entertaining friends and family and gardening. His infectious smile will never be forgotten.

The service will be held Saturday, March 28 10 a.m. at Normandale Lutheran Church, 6100 Normandale Rd. with visitation one hour prior to service.

100% of your donation (received) to A Breath of Hope Lung Foundation will go towards lung cancer research.
