Getting started is easy
It only takes a few minutes to create your Online Fundraising Page:
- Click the Get Started button
- Personalize the text and the photo on your Online Fundraising Page to express your passions and your purpose.
- Send the link out to your friends, family, colleagues - anyone you think will help you reach your goal.
If you are participating in the walk, you must contact your team captain prior to the walk to turn in your signed waiver and T-shirt size. Walkers who donate $50 or more will receive a free T-shirt (while quantities last).
The Down Syndrome Family Support and Advocacy Group is a non-for profit 501(c)3 organization. We are proud to serve the South Bend, Mishawaka, Elkhart, Bremen, Plymouth, LaPorte, and other surrounding cities in Northern Indiana in addition to South West Michigan.
Mission: Our mission is to help improve the lives of individuals with Down syndrome and their families through education, advocacy, research and fellowship.
Vision: Our vision is to help foster a community of acceptance which promotes the best opportunities for individuals with Down syndrome in helping them to achieve their greatest potential and realize their dreams.
