If you will be participating in an event or race like a local run/walk, 5k, 10k, marathon, triathalon or any other activity that is not hosted by the MRF, please join the Miles for Melanoma Individuals Program. Many of you will fall into this category. (Example: you're going to run in the Chicago Marathon)
If you want to create an event like a 5k run/walk or golf tournament where you will be registering particpants and asking them to start fundraising pages of their own, please contact milesformelanoma@melanoma.org to set up an event page for you. (Example: you want to create a Miles for Melanoma 5k in your city)
If you want to join one of our Miles for Melanoma 5k Run/Walks or other events hosted by the MRF, each of those events is listed to the right. Choose yours and join in the fun. (Example: you want to register for the Miles for Melanoma Delaware 5k)
If none of these categories fit your plan, please join our Grassroots Fundraising Campaign. This is where people who are doing things like a garage sale, pot luck dinner, poker tournament, a birthday party or backyard BBQ. Once you have created your page, please be sure to include what you are doing in the text of your page so we can assist you with your fundraising and communicate with you about your plans.
