As you may know, the Charleston Miracle League (CML) is not only my job, but also my passion.  It does so much for so many.  Not only does this organization provide baseball for special-needs individuals, but it also provides physical activity, social interaction, increases self-esteem, and more importantly creates life long friendships and gives players and families a place to feel accepted.  The smiles that come from that field every Saturday are priceless!  By donating to this cause, you are helping to make dreams become reality.

On February 10, 2009, my husband and I had our first child, Jamison Patrick Kubu.  I would love to be able to participate in this race, but don't think I, will physically be able to do the 6 miles.  Either way, I would greatly appreciate your support for such an amazing cause.  Please, if anything, come out to see a game!  The 2009 Spring season runs March 7 - May 2, every Saturday from 9-1.  Volunteers are always needed and welcome.
