Supported Program: During the summer of 2009 I will be participating in a few different international volunteer service programs. One of which is the focus of this fundraising page – Child Family Health International (CFHI). I will be traveling to South Africa and working with health professionals there to: promote cultural competency and awareness of global health issues, strengthen the health systems infrastructure at the community level, and increase availability and use of medical supplies.  All donations go directly to (CFHI) in support of their global initiatives.
