The CT AIDS Bike Tour (CABT) was founded in 2002 by a dedicated band of AIDS advocates and activists. Our purpose is to raise awareness about the HIV/AIDS crisis in our state, and raise funds for the HIV/AIDS service agencies located around the state. Funds raised provide housing assistance, healthcare, food, prevention education and more to people living with HIV/AIDS throughout Connecticut. Beneficiary agencies include: AIDS Project Hartford; Alliance for Living, New London; Bridgeport Health Department AIDS Division; Center City Churches, Peter's Retreat, Hartford; CT AIDS Resource Coalition; Hartford Gay & Lesbian Health Collective; Interfaith AIDS Ministry, Danbury; Greater Bridgeport Adolescent Pregnancy Program; Leeway, Inc., New Haven; New Haven
Home Recovery; Northwestern CT AIDS Project, Torrington; and Stamford CARES, a program of Family Centers. For more information about CABT please go to our website www.ctaidsbiketour.org
