The mission of the Migraine Research Foundation is to end the debilitating pain of migraine by funding innovative research to further the understanding of the causes and mechanisms of migraine, to develop improved treatments for sufferers, and to find the cure. MRF is the only non-profit whose sole purpose is to raise funds for innovative scientific research in migraine. Among the programs we fund are annual research grants, a special award to encourage young investigators to enter the field of migraine research, and For Our Children initiatives to combat childhood migraine. All our operating costs are underwritten--so every dollar you give goes directly to migraine research. We have funded 23 projects in four years; seven have already been completed, and several more are in their final stages.  We hope you will share our cause with your friends and community, and give as generously as you can – so we can fund as much promising new work as possible.
