Dear Everyone,

This is Molly reporting from The Reach School in Portland Maine.  For those of you who don't know, I have been working here for over a year now.  I am a preschool teacher for kids on the Autism Spectrum.  Autism is the number one growing developmental disability in the country right now, 1 in 150 births are children diagnosed with Austism Spectrum Disorders.  Although I have certainly been a Jane of All Trades over the years, I have never found something as dear to my heart as this school, and these children. 

We are trying to raise money for many things that our school needs!  I often joke that we need Extreme School Makeover to really get everything we need.  But perhaps we could start with just some old fashioned fundraising. 

The teachers and kids that I work with are truly inspiring and I feel so lucky to be a part of the incredible team we have here.  Please look at some photos from our flickr page to see super cute faces and dedicated teachers!  Oh...and if you feel so inclined please donate to our school!
