Thank you for visiting my fundraising page!

Earlier this year I decided to start myself on a regular exercise plan to get healthy. My future mother-in-law, Brenda Krokoski, is a stroke nurse coordinator at Alta Bates Summit Medical Center in Berkeley and Oakland, California. She keeps me well up to date on stroke statistics in the United States. I have learned that every year there are 780,000 strokes, and it is the third leading cause of death. It is also the number one cause of disability. The best practice for prevention of stroke is eating five fruits and vegetables per day and exercise. So I am trying to increase the awareness of a healthy lifestyle one person at a time.

Donating through this website is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to support my fundraising efforts.
