Campaign Results to be announced at Fellowship Dinner

We have an immediate need in our community. This year, we have a significant increase in the number of expectant mothers calling us for help.  Both mothers and their babies are at great risk.  Many are homeless, out of work, and unable to provide adequately for their children. They are looking to Bethany for assistance.  

Many of the women have no access to prenatal care.  We are seeing an increase in the number of babies born drug or alcohol exposed and in need of a loving home.  Some babies come into the world with developmental challenges that require special adoptive parents who are able and willing to make sacrifices to accommodate their needs.

Bethany is called to help these expectant women by providing options with MORE LOVE!  More women than ever before are calling us with an ‘abortion mindset’.  The time could never be more critical to extend more love to these moms and help them sort through their options.  A few will marry the fathers and become a family earlier than expected. Most will be scared and not know what to do.  Some will abort their babies.  Some will take time to think about their options.  We encourage each woman to make an informed decision that is in the best interest of her child and herself.

To provide for the needs of these expectant mothers and their babies in our community, I need your support.   I’m starting with my personal gift of $1,200.  Will you join me with a gift before November 13, 2009 to help raise $100,000?  Here are a few great ways your support can help right now:

$50 could help cover the cost of a mediating visit with an adoptive family
