The Neighborhood Energy Connection (NEC) provides innovative tools for energy-efficient living across Minnesota.  Our programs include residential energy audits and consulting, low-interest loans for energy improvements, and HOURCAR, the Twin Cities' first car-sharing program.  The Saint Paul Classic Bike Tour (produced by the NEC) is a 15- or 30-mile ride along Saint Paul's scenic river trails, historic boulevards, parks, and neighborhoods.  Riders can raise pledge support from their friends and families to help the NEC bring more energy conservation information and tools into the community.
