The Duluth Kidney Walk is a non-competitive walk supported by kidney and transplant patients, donors, families, medical professionals, and corporate sponsors. Each walker is asked to raise a minimum of $100 in pledges for their team. Its easy! Just visit walk.kidney.org!
U.S. Transplant Games
Team Minnesota and Dakotas
Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania - July 11-16, 2008
The only national athletic competition for recipients of all life-saving organ transplants, as well as the largest gathering of transplant recipients and donor families in the World. The Transplant Recipient Athletes compete for medals in 41 Olympic-style events in 12 sports categories. Donor Families, living donors and professionals will attend education seminars. Funds raised will support our Transplant Games Team and transplant related activities.
