Whether a child is from rural Minnesota, the inner city of Minneapolis, or one of the surrounding suburbs, he or she is confronted daily with issues of drug and alcohol abuse, crime, physical, sexual, and mental abuse. Northern Star Council's vision is to be recognized as a positive influence in the lives of 100% of the youth in the communities we serve.
