The mission of North Florida School is to improve the lives of students with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities through the achievement of academic, vocational, and social skills. Founded in 1992, NFSSE offers students a safe and nurturing learning environment. Our programs serve students ranging from 6 - 22 years of age. The services offered include academics, speech and language, vocational training, social skills instruction, occupational and physical therapy, job placement services, and community volunteerism. Students are individually assessed to provide a unique education plan that meets their needs and sets realistic goals of achievement.
