About The Perseus Foundation, Inc.

The Perseus Foundation goals include, but are not limited to, the following: Providing financial assistance to dogs with cancer who would otherwise not be treated, through a Perseus program called the Magic Bullet Fund, administrated by Laurie Kaplan. Raises a greater awareness of cancer in pet companions and the importance of comparative oncology. The Perseus Foundation will support research that will directly help pet animals with cancer and as a result will be translated into better care of human cancer patients. Animals and humans with cancer will be the beneficiaries of this research. Under no circumstances will The Perseus Foundation fund research that induces cancer in dogs and cats.
