SOKS annually serves over 5,799 children and adults with intellectual disabilities through a grass-roots network of volunteers who serve as coaches and organize local events in one or more of the 21 different sports offered throughout the year. SOKS does not receive governmental funding and is not a United Way agency, but relies solely on the generosity of individuals and corporate donors.
