Description: The Veterans Northeast Outreach Center, established in 1985, serves veterans throughout the Merrimack Valley offering information, referral, support, and advocacy to Veterans and their families. The VNOC operates a regional resource center for Veterans as well as an employment support and placement service. The agency also provides transitional and permanent housing and support services for homeless Veterans and a community food pantry for Veterans in need. VNOC also collaborates with the VA to offer employment skills training and employment placement for Veterans through its CWT program. Additionally, VNOC offers a range of clinical counseling and casemanagement service for Veterans and their families.

Mission: The Veterans Northeast Outreach Center was founded in 1985 to address the needs of Veterans and their families throughout the Merrimack Valley. The Center offers information, referral, advocacy and support to the 36,000 Veterans who live in the valley. In 1997, the VNOC expanded its services to Veterans by opening a transitional housing program, The Veterans Mansion, to serve homeless Veterans. The Mansion serves 22 homeless Veterans who can benefit from a sober, supportive, working environment as they make their way back to the mainstream.
