The Richmond Solar Affordable Housing Program will install residential for Richmond low income homeowners including families, seniors, and persons with disabilities. All installation services will be provided free of charge if qualified ,through installation teams of Youth Works contruction trainees and other community members.
This program:
- Helps expand and encourage the use of solar energy throughout the city
- Helps low-income homeowners reduce their energy bills
- Provides Richmond youth with proffesional skills on Solar Technology
