My personal message:

Thank you for visiting the Oceanstate Robotics' fundraising page!

Ocean State Robotics is an initiative of FIRST Tech Challenge and is a mid-level robotics competition for high school students that offers the traditional challenge of a FIRST competition, but with a more accessible and affordable robotics kit. Students and their teachers and mentors have only six weeks to create, design and program a working robot that will be ready to compete on a statewide level on March 2 at New England Tech's Automotive Building in Warwick.  Winners of the RI competition are automatically invited to participate in the world championships in Atlanta, Georgia.

Students who participate apply real-world math and science concepts and
develop problem-solving, organizational and team-building skills.

Your donation will help support and assist over 40 Rhode Island high schools and career and tech centers that are competing this March!!!

We are also recruiting adult mentors who have technical expertise to work with teams and volunteers who'd like to help out on March 2. Contact Tech Collective for more information 521-7805 ext. 103.
