Join us at the Irish Cultural Centre in Canton, MA for a 2 mile or 4 mile walk - rain or shine!

Old Colony Hospice is a private, Medicare certified, CHAP accredited non-profit organization. We provide hospice and palliative care for patients in their own homes and in skilled nursing facilities - providing comfort and helping them live on their own terms. This year, our exceptional staff will provide highly skilled, compassionate care to 100 patients each day and support to their families in more than 40 communities throughout Bristol, Norfolk and Plymouth counties. Funds raised support the actual costs of medications and services that are provided and ensure that we can give free care to patients who lack insurance - no one is turned away. Your participation in the walk and 100% tax-deductible contribution will make a difference to so many.
