Old Colony Hospice is a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving the dignity and quality of life for terminally ill patients since 1979. We care for patients in their own homes and in skilled nursing facilities - providing comfort and helping them live on their own terms. This year, our exceptional staff will provide highly skilled, compassionate care each day to 90-100 patients and their families in more than 40 communities throughout Bristol, Norfolk and Plymouth counties. Funds raised support the actual costs of medications and services that are provided. Your participation in the walk and 100% tax-deductible contribution will make a difference to so many.
