Orange County People for Animals (OCPA) is an animal protection organization dedicated to ending animal abuse and neglect. Funds raised will support OCPA’s ongoing campaigns, including: abolishing cat dissection in schools; stopping puppy-mills; and supporting spay and neuter programs. OCPA is a 23-year old group staffed entirely by volunteers. 100% of donated funds support animal protection and awareness. OCPA works through public education, community outreach, protest campaigns and legislative efforts.
