Hello,Thank You for responding to my e-mail. I am 48 years old and just this year I was diagnosed with lupus.My central nervous system as well as my lungs have been affected by this disease.but despite the flare-ups which cause inflamation of my joints, fatigue and sharp head pains I still consider myself  to be fortunate because I have the greatest family and a group of the worlds best friends who along with my co-workers and my employer support and help me through the rough times. Lupus affects 1.5 to 2 million people and there is no cure, so anything you can donate will help so that someday we will be able to keep others from enduring the pains of this disease.
