On September 28, 2008 the Down Syndrome Association of WI will have its 12th Annual Buddy Walk at the Milwaukee County Zoo. The Buddy Walk is designed to promote awareness and inclusion for people with Down syndrome, as well as to raise money to support national education, research and advocacy initiatives. Needless to say, it promotes a cause that is close to our hearts. Our third child Jessica was born with Down syndrome. Please consider sponsoring us for the Buddy Walk by making a donation in any amount or joining Jessie Bear’s Buddies. Your contribution will help raise money to help Jessica and all people with Down syndrome make steps toward a brighter tomorrow.
