My Dear Family and Friends,

Well, as you can see I am back in training. Getting ready once again for the 5K. Thanks to your generous support last year we surpassed our goal of $5000.00. This year I have raised the bar to $6000.00 and am praying that you will once again be my partner in this wonderful event. Last year I finished #531 out of 1688 runners. That is not good enough. We need to "bump it up" significantly. Your support is a source of encouragement during the long, grueling hours of training. Won't you help me PLEASE!  Thank you in advance. God Bless.
