For those keeping track at home, my name is Paul Frommelt and I'm out of shape.
In May 2009, I decided to set a goal of running 26.2 miles at the Marine Corp Marathon on Oct. 31, 2010.
Click here to find out why I chose the CCFA.
Here's the deal. You donate to the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America. I run the race. If, for any reason, I fail to run, I reimburse every single cent that was donated. It's a win/win for the fight against Crohn's and Colitis and a win/win for you!
Also! I will personally wipe my brow on a napkin after the race, throw my ole' John Hancock on it and mail it out to you! What's that? You don't want a sweaty napkin? Alright, well then just accept my sincere thank you for helping me reach my goal of $2,000 dollars.
Don't be shy! Open up your hearts and wallets. You can follow my progress at my blog The Running Jerks.
