Brigham and Women's Hospital is dedicated to serving the needs of the community. From the adjacent neighborhood to streets and villages in places far abroad, we are committed to providing the highest quality health care to patients and their families, expanding the boundaries of medicine through research, and educating the next generation of health care professionals.
Team Brigham raises funds for essential BWH community health programs to improve the quality of life for those less fortunate. From mentoring young students interested in a healthcare profession and providing practical on-the-job-work experiences, to community health centers, support programs for domestic violence victims, to compassionate services for women with breast cancer, these initiatives address the serious needs of our community and beyond.
Whether you choose to support participants on Team Brigham, the BWH Team Heart Rwanda, Operation Walk Boston, or another event posted on this BWH site, thank you so very much for helping these spectacular, caring individuals make a difference in the lives of people from all populations, from all walks of life, from near and far - you have made a difference today!
To Our Friends, Family and Supporters of the P4P,
I wanted to send out a quick email to let everyone know that Saturday’s P4P ride went off without a hitch and was a huge success. We could not have had a better day, and after enduring a Nor’Easter for the latter stages of last year’s ride, we were grateful. With the exception of 7 flat tires, all 18 riders completed their rides without incident and had a great time. Thanks to their legs and your continued generosity, we raised over $63k for this years campaign, bringing our three year total to more than $210k. Once again, I am overwhelmed by your magnanimity and needed to extend our sincere appreciation to you, for it is your contributions that make the difference to these Preemies fighting for their lives.
All the best to you and your families. We’ll see you next year!
The P4P Team
