Thanks to your generous donations to The Arc we have been able to enrich the lives of many people with disabilites.  From last year's proceeds, e.g., we sent one of our residents to Puerto Rico to visit with her family, including her son, whom she had not seen for more than 25 years.  Adaptive equipment has been purchased to enable several individuals to communicate, some for the first time, with those around them.  And sensory equipment has been installed in several days programs to help those with nuerologic impairments to become better integrated into their environments. These have led to meaningful improvements in the lives of the people we serve.
