As most of you know, I adopted my very best friend in the world, Pepper (the infamous Fat Rat Terrier, also known as the Notorious D.O.G.), two years ago from the Humane Society in Nashua.  This is a 'no kill' shelter that cares for their animals and works very hard to find good homes for each one that unfortunately has landed on their doorstep.  The only way they can care for these animals is through volunteers and generous donations from people like you.  It's also great place to find a best friend for yourself if you are looking!
