The Office of Letters and Light teaches kids and adults to write the
books they want to read; draft the movies and plays they want to see;
and build the kinds of neighborhoods in which they want to live. Our
programs are web-enabled challenges with vibrant real-world components,
designed to help participants become active doers in their personal
lives and in the lives of their communities.

Thank you for coming to my fundraising page.
As you probably know, reading is incredibly important to me. The Office of Letters and Light, who I'm currently affiliated with as a participant in NaNoWriMo, (National Novel Writing Month - ask me about my progress!) also provides literacy programs for young children and other worthwhile goals.
Additionally, should enough people sponsor me, I'll be able to participate in the November 17th Write-A-Thon Gala, which will not only assist me in reaching my goal of writing a novel in a month's time, but also keep me off the streets and causing trouble.
You don't have to donate a lot of money. Anything is fine. It's the thought that counts after all.
