Make A Difference creates positive change in Greater Phoenix by making it easy for individuals and businesses to share time and talent with area nonprofits, schools and neighborhoods. We serve as a powerful catalyst for social change by using volunteers, promoting community leadership, and forging partnerships to help solve community issues through a combination of hands-on service and civic education. Last year alone, we provided $1.7 million dollars worth of services to the community through our programs, staff expertise and 14,000 volunteers who gave more than 50,000 hours.

Serve A Thon for Schools is our largest fundraiser and the largest day of service in Arizona - giving back more than 20,000 hours to local school children and creating cleaner, safer and more stimulating environments in which to learn. More than 50 under-resourced schools will benefit from fresh coats of paint, refurbished libraries, landscaped green spaces, restored playgrounds, and much, much more!
