Thank you for visiting our fundraising page! The Fell family has a family member that was born with a rare disease called Sturge-Weber Syndrome. This little known disease has caused our nephew Alex great challenges in his young life.
Sturge Weber syndrome is an orphan disease that affects the eye, brain, and skin. Parents of children and individuals living with Sturge-Weber syndrome face varying emotional, physical, and financial challenges throughout their lifetime. Each case is unique to the individual. The needs of a patient suffering with this disease can vary greatly, depending on the symptoms and their severity.
Bob Fell, Denny Ghaul and David Jurado are participating in the New Jersey State Triathlon in the hopes of promoting research and awareness of Sturge Weber, as well as education of the public at large. Please help us raise money and awareness by supporting Bob, Denny and David as they run, bike and swim their way to the finish line!
Donating through this website is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to support our Sturge Weber fundraising efforts.
