Welcome to Polar Plunge 2010 Registration!

The Law Enforcement Torch Run Polar Plunge is a unique opportunity to support Special Olympics athletes by taking a flying leap – a leap into the frigid waters of a Michigan lake. In 2010, there will be 19 locations.

Participants who raise at least $50 in donations from friends, family and co-workers get the privilage to jump into the icy waters in the middle of winter. Each plunger receives a Polar Plunge long sleeve t-shirt and entrance into a Post-Plunge Party, plus the chance to win additional prizes for raising more money.

*New incentive for 2010!!! Individual plungers that raise $2500 will be entered into a trip drawing. Winner will be announced at State Summer Games.

All proceeds collected by plungers benefit Special Olympics Michigan athletes. In 2009, nearly $280,000 was raised by more than 1,200 plungers.
