We've made it simple for you to register and raise funds quickly & easily for the 2012 Sallarulo's Race for Champions 5K Run/Walk.

Getting started is easy!
It only takes a few minutes to register and create your Online Fundraising Page:

• Click the Start Fundraising button. 

• Click the Register button.

• Personalize the text and the photo on your Online Fundraising Page to express your passions and your purpose.
  
• Raise your registration fee and goal.

• Send the link out to your friends, family, colleagues - anyone you think will help you reach your goal.

FAQ: SALLARULO'S RACE FOR CHAMPIONS 5K

How can you participate? Become a runner, walker, virtual runner or sponsor a runner/walker.

Who can run/walk? Anyone who registers and signs the official race waiver.

Where is the 5k Race taking place? Nova Southeastern University - Davie Campus.

Registration Fee? $25: early registration (closes Monday, October 1, 2012 at 5:00 PM EST). $30: registration (after 10/1/12). $10: NSU students, law enforcement and military with ID. FREE: Registered Special Olympics Athletes and children under 10.

Registration? Register on this site! You can also register on-site the day of the Race, 7:00 AM - 7:45 AM.

INCENTIVES? Yes! Everyone that raises their registration fee receives a Race t-shirt.  Other incentives can be found on the Race website.

Awards Ceremony: Ceremony begins at 9:00 AM. Every participant will receive a medal!! Awards will be given to Top 3 Male & Female First Overall and many other categories.

Carnival of Champions: Let’s celebrate! Carnival begins at 9:00 AM. Food, refreshments and fun activities for everyone!

Why are we running/walking? The 5K ensures that Special Olympics can provide Free year-round programs for all individuals with intellectual disabilities in Broward County. These programs help people with intellectual disabilities participate as productive and respected members of society at large, by offering them a fair opportunity to develop and demonstrate their skills and talents through sports training and competition, and by increasing the public's awareness of their capabilities and needs.

How to join a race team? You can join a team when you register or at any time through your personal fundraising page.

 I'm unable to attend the 5K but would like to raise funds for the event through a personal fundraising page. No problem! You can register as a virtual runner.
