Thank you for visiting my Swim4Life page!
This is by far the longest open water event I have tackled. My main goal is to simply finish swimming the 3 miles intact and avoid being picked up by the "Boat of Shame" for swimming past the cutoff! Then I can maybe give a brief thought to finishing in some sort of reasonable amount of time.
I actually contributed the entry fee myself, because 1) it's a great cause, and 2) it will keep me from wussing out during my training! Certainly, feel free to make a donation if you want to support the Swim For Life effort.
