My personal message:
Thank you for your interest in supporting my commitment to Cherish Our Children International (COCI).  I have been working with this organization since 1995 and am so honored to be part of a team that is truly making a profound and sustainable difference in young peoples lives.   The children we serve have suffered unimaginable tragedies. 

A few years ago, I was devastated to learn that one of the children I had grown close to in Romania had lost his battle with AIDS.  Alexandru, who was abandoned as an infant, was a sweet, loving and happy child who lit up the room with his smile.  He did not have the chance to live life fully and realize his dreams.

Today, anti-retroviral drugs are more accessable and children with HIV and AIDS are living into adulthood.  In memory of Alexandru, and the many other innocent children who are no longer with us, please join me in building the foundation for a safer, healthier, more peaceful and enlightened world.  I hope you will join me in embracing and empowering young people to realize their dreams.
