Thank you for donating to the Maitreya Project Heart Shrine Relic Tour.  The money raised is being used to help construct a 500 foot statue of Maitreya at Kushinagar, Uttar Pradesh in northern India.  The statue will serve as a symbol and reminder of the need for loving-kindness and compassion in our world.  In addition, funds will go towards the construction of a hospital, education, and culture.  Finally, the project will create jobs for local residents.
