The Springs Rescue Mission started in 1996 to help combat the increasing numbers of homeless and proverty stricken people who live in Colorado Springs.  Not only do they meet immediate needs of those suffering, they also develop programs that seek to help people permanantly escape out of the poverty cycle in which they are often trapped.
