Ronald McDonald House Charities of Denver offers more than just a place to stay.  At the Denver and Aurora Houses, families share love, heartache, joy and sometimes tragedy.  Each day at the Ronald McDonald House, emotions such as fear, sadness, heartbreak and anger are all too familiar.  Families enduring such a roller coaster of emotions need a home away from home that offers them support, kindness and understanding after long days in the hospital.  The comfort and support of the Ronald McDonald House, as our families have shared with us, plays a role in the progress and eventual recovery of their children.

So whether you're a volunteer of Ronald McDonald House Charities, a company or group wanting to lend a hand by throwing an event to benefit the House or you stayed at one of the Houses (or are a relative of someone who did), you can help support the House!  Thanks to the crew at Firstgiving, this website makes it easy for you to help the Houses with your own custom giving page.  You can set your own goals, post photos that are meaningful to you and even send and receive messages from your friends, family or colleagues that want to help you with your fundraising goal.

About Ronald McDonald House Charities of Denver, Inc.

The first Ronald McDonald House in Denver opened its doors at 1000 East 16th Avenue in January of 1979.  Celebrating our 30th Anniversary this year, we outgrew our first home and are the proud residents of two new facilities.  The first new facility was built and opening in April of 2001 in Denver at 1300 E. 21st Avenue.  The new Denver home, complete with 31 family residences, is within walking distance of two major Denver hospitals and a short drive to many others.  In March of 2008, the second home was completed in Aurora to accomodate families and patients receiving treatment at the new Fitzsimons medical campus and HealthOne medical centers.  The Aurora house, boasting 45 beautiful family residences, is located at 932 Potomac Circle.
