Join us for Rotary Walk on October 24, 2009!

For those of you new to Rotary Walk, the idea is fairly simple. As you probably know, October 24, 2009 is World Polio Awareness Day. So, we're asking Rotarians across America and around the world to pledge to walk on that day, anywhere they want, for any length of time. We even have one member who's pledging to walk on his treadmill!We are also asking Rotarians to fulfill the pledge by registering on this fundraising page. It will cost $10, which will be donated to the Polio Plus Progam in honor of this campaign. From there, registrants will be able to use this online fundraising program to send emails to friends and family to raise money for Polio Plus. A visible donation record will be kept on the fundraising page by individual donors and teams (which can be clubs).
