May 3, 2009, was a very rainy day!  Completing the Frederick half-marathon felt like quite an achievement on such a dreary, cold day.

October 10, 2009, is just around the corner!  Have you considered supporting me during the Baltimore Running Festival.  It will be another half-marathon.  I cannot do it without the strength of the Lord.  And having you all behind me knowing that it is for the greater cause of helping children in Africa will make it all seem worth it!
