Thank you all for all your generous donations. We greatly appreciate it all your support. Much thanks to Glen and the Providence Police Department and Mr. Moran from Mclaughlin & Moran for their donations and support.
At 3 days old, a heart mumur spurred the doctors to do an echocardiogram on Rylee. We discovered she had three tumors (Rhabdomyomas) in her heart. Rylee was diagnosed with Tuberous Sclerosis at 2mths old. At 4 mths, Rylee started having Infantile Spams (seizures). We then went to Boston to meet with a neurologist who specializes in TSC. An MRI detected 1 tumor on her brain. At an early age, Rylee was able to get the medical attention needed. She is a typical 15mth old who enjoys reading books, playing with her baby dolls, watching Sesame Street and playing with her brother.
Please help raise money for Rylee and others with TSC by supporting us on June 13th for a Step to a Cure Walk-a-thon in Guilford, CT. Many doctors and researchers are working on a cure for TSC.
Thank you for visiting my Personal Fundraising Page. I hope you can support me and my family for the walk. My parents have become actively involved in various ways supporting the Tuberous Sclerosis Alliance and learning about Tuberous Sclerosis. Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to make a contribution to my fundraising efforts. Many thanks for your support -- and don't forget to forward this to anyone who you think might want to donate too! Your donation means alot to me!
Love, Rylee
